Halloween is a time of fun and festivity. For children, it is a holiday of candies and toys and, of course, costumes. This might be your only option for an authentic look as women’s styles are usually made to be more form fitting and sexy. This might include a long or short skirt that is either simple or ruffled. It usually does include a tie and cap, so as to resemble its more traditional counterpart, but there are many flattering designs to choose from.

While you might be able to find an authentic Naval officer uniform at a military supply store, you may not be willing to pay the full price for one evening of socializing.
